The city administration, intends to take over the entire public transport bus route in Jakarta and hand over its management to PT Transjakarta. If it has been controlled, Jakarta Governor Basuki T Purnama, believes the public transport service will be better in future.

"I want to take over bus route in Jakarta and then hand over it to Transjakarta. They will play in Transjakarta lane," he asserted, Thursday (3/3).

According to him, it is done by integrating the operator. The operator under Transjakarta will be paid rupiah per kilometer.

Thereby, he believes able to control the quality of the bus and its crew. After joining, public transport will also be integrated into Transjakarta lane.
